• Service(s) – any action taken by NORTHMED GROUP in the course of our business, including offering Products to the Customer and enforcing the Contract.
• Product(s) – products for face and body care made and marketed by NORTHMED GROUP through the Website
• Contract – a distance contract entered between NORTHMED GROUP and the Customer regarding purchase of Products
• Terms and Conditions – These terms and conditions regarding Services provided by NORTHMED GROUP
• Personal Data – Customer’s personal data and other information required for the provision of Services and other purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy and provided by the Customer directly or indirectly
1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
NORTHMED GROUP ensures the contents available on the Website and provides services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Where the consumer purchases products offered on NORTHMED GROUP Website for sale via the Internet, such mutual agreement shall be deemed to be a Distance agreement and is subject to provisions of the law of the Republic of Latvia governing the Distance agreement, including but not limited to the Republic of Latvia Act “Consumer Rights Protection Act”, Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulation “Regulation regarding the Distance Agreement”.
The Distance agreement for purchase of the Products shall be deemed to be concluded as of the time of payment for the Products.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
To provide our Services, to conclude and perform the Contract we process your Personal Data. Information on the processing of Customer’s Personal Data by NORTHMED GROUP is available in the Privacy Policy.
3. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the services or samples thereof, you receive from us. NORTHMED GROUP reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
As part of the order process, NORTHMED GROUP allows you to review and modify Products and/ or their quantity you wish to purchase. Before you place an order, check the quantity, weight, and size of each Product you choose to make an order that meets your needs.
You can make payment for Products in the following ways:
• by payment card;
• by wire transfer.
The Distances agreement for purchase of the Goods shall be deemed to be concluded as of the time of payment for the Goods.
After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation from NORTHMED GROUP that the purchase has been made and processed.
4. PRICING POLICY
Prices on the Website are all in EUR, however every local online store working within a particular country can display prices in local currency.
All prices are subject to VAT tax or other sales taxes where applicable. Depending on delivery destination your order may be subject to additional shipping charges which will be clearly indicated before you have to submit they payment and included in the total order cost.
All duties and taxes required to be paid to receive the shipment in your delivery destination are to be paid by You.
If the delivery fee cannot be accurately calculated before the order is placed, we will inform you about it.
5. DELIVERY POLICY
We kindly ask you to review our product Delivery Policy to find out arrangement of delivery and execution and to understand the terms of free delivery and additional delivery charges.
6. RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to refuse Products received within 14 days without giving any reason. Returns of ordered and delivered orders are handled on case by case basis following simple procedures. We ask you to review our Returns Policy to make sure you are aware of the options you have for product return and receive information and conditions of cancellation of the agreement.
7. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF NORTHMED GROUP
NORTHMED GROUP reserves the right to terminate the provision of Services to the Customer at any time if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence that the Customer has violated or violates the Terms and Conditions.
NORTHMED GROUP is not responsible for any delays, failures to fulfil obligation or any other failures that occurred due to circumstances and obstacles that are beyond our reasonable control, which include but are not limited to strikes, governmental actions, wars or national emergencies, terrorism threats or acts of terrorism, environmental or climatic anomalies, failure of performance by a third party, internet connection issues as well as hardware and software malfunction. If any such force majeure occurs we will try to eliminate the delays in the shortest time possible.
We have the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting them on the Website. Any version of the Terms and Conditions published on the Website replaces all previous versions of the Terms and Conditions and take effect immediately upon posting on the Website.
8. DISPUTES
All disputes that will arise between the Customer and NORTHMED GROUP, or that will arise in connection with the purchase of Goods, the Parties will try to resolve in the form of mutual negotiations or correspondence with the aim of reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Please submit a complaint about the availability or quality of goods electronically to the email address northmed@northmed.eu or in writing to the address SIA Northmed Group, DŽŪKSTES STREET 1, RĪGA, LV-1004, LATVIJA. The complaint will be considered within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with the reply being sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.
If the complaint is recognized as unfounded and you do not agree to the recognition of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the regulatory acts.
